Hi,welcome to CLEAN-LINK!

The difference between air filters?

An air filter is a device that traps dust from a gas-solid two-phase flow through the action of a porous filter material and purifies the gas. Air filters are classified into primary filter, medium efficiency filter, hepa filter and other models according to their clean efficiency.

(1)foldaway panel filter

Foldaway panel filter is a pre-filter for hepa filter, featuring large filter area, low resistance and long service life. Generally used in the ventilation system for the hepa filter pre-filter, thus effectively extending the life of the hepa filter.

(2) hepa filter:

Hepa filter can produce ultra-high efficiency filter with 0.3~0.1μm capture efficiency ≥99.999% according to user requirements; various non-standard filters and sub-high efficiency filters (95% ≤ efficiency ≤ 99.90%). It is suitable for normal temperature and normal humidity, and allows air filtration containing trace acid and alkali organic solvents. The product has high efficiency, low resistance and large dust holding capacity, and is widely used in aerospace, aviation, electronics, pharmaceutical, bioengineering and other fields.

(3)high temperatue hepa filter

Generally used for dust removal in the baking room, it is a special filter in the high temperature room. It can be used under 350 degrees. It is made of special materials. The frame is galvanized, aluminum frame, stainless steel, high efficiency special sealant, glass fiber filter paper. , aluminum foil separator, thus achieving the purification requirements of the baking room.

(4) coarse medium effect bag filters

The primary and intermediate-effect non-woven fabrics are used as the filter material, and the cold-plate spray is used as the frame. As the first and second-stage filtration, the product has the advantages of large dust holding capacity, small resistance and cleanability, etc., depending on the use environment and material selection, Filter efficiency grades are divided into F5, F6, F7, and F8.
