First, the dust particle counter needs to be wiped and disinfected with water for injection and 75% alcohol, and then irradiated with ultraviolet rays for half an hour, and then introduced into the clean area. Next, place the dust particle counter horizontally on the table and plug the measuring plastic tube port into the street nozzle of the filter.

Then turn on the power. When the tl check and options are made, unplug the measuring plastic tube. Finally, when detecting, you should scan slowly along the inner border and middle of the hepa filter. Need to be reminded that each hepa filter must test at least 5 points in order to observe the data.

In addition to using the dust particle counter to detect whether the high-efficiency filter leaks, you can also use the DOP leak detection method. The hepa filter leak detection usually uses the PAO generator to generate dust upstream of the filter, and the photometer is used to detect the upstream and downstream aerosol concentration of the hepa filter to determine whether it leaks. If it is difficult to find the leak phenomenon only by using the particle counter, it is necessary to supplement the dust to make it easier to judge. The DOP leak detection method can more effectively detect the presence or absence of leakage.

In addition, there are differences in the criteria for determining the hepa filter leak detection results. For example, in China, the use of atmospheric dust or other aerosols, the leakage rate measured by the example counter should not exceed twice the acceptable penetration rate. In the United States, the leak detection rate of the C and D grade hepa filter is 0.3 um, and the breadth of the wide range scanning leak detection method is 0.01. Relevant experts said that the hepa filter leakage rate standard of less than or equal to 0.01% does not affect the detection of actual leakage.
