Understand the structural features of the next HV air filter


The HV is a high-load, high-efficiency air filter (HEPA) that is suitable for constant airflow and variable airflow basin systems. The HV filter is composed of multiple V-barrier elements without spacers, and is installed in a spray-painted galvanized steel plate or ABS filter box. This configuration greatly increases the amount of filter material compared to ordinary filters.

In existing system installations, the larger filter media area ensures a lower pressure loss, which reduces energy consumption and saves operating costs. This filter is suitable for hospital operating room, semiconductor factory, microelectronics factory, pharmaceutical factory and any other place that needs strict control of air pollution.

Large dust holding capacity, no partition design

The HV is made of ultra-fine, moisture-resistant, fire-resistant glass fiber. Specially designed hot-melt adhesives ensure the same pleat spacing. The best airflow is ensured with minimal resistance. The same pleat spacing makes full use of the entire depth of the filter material to ensure a greater dust holding capacity.

Rugged construction ensures good performance under turbulent conditions

The metal flange frame and filter housing are made of spray-coated galvanized steel. This treatment ensures that the filter is not corroded under high temperature conditions. The sturdy construction makes it ideal for operating conditions in particularly harsh environments and where fans are often shut down. Customers can choose to use filters with protective nets at both ends, which will ensure that they will not be damaged during transportation.

High air volume type


The design of this filter can reach up to 4000m3/h. This high-volume design HV offers more advantages than other common high-efficiency filters of the same size: fewer filters can be used at the same air volume, thus reducing costs: Reduce installation space and time. For lower wind speed systems, the significant extension of the HV's service life significantly reduces operating costs.
